How long does a custom order take?

Standard products ship within 3-4 weeks. Custom builds typically take 6-8 weeks depending on complexity and current workload. Rush orders may be available — just ask.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship to all 50 states. Shipping costs vary by size and destination. Local Chicago delivery and white-glove installation available for an additional fee.

What if I need custom dimensions?

That's our specialty! Most of our orders include some level of customization. Send us your requirements and we'll provide a quote. Custom sizing typically adds 10-20% to base price.

Can I see the furniture before ordering?

Absolutely. We welcome workshop visits by appointment. You can see materials, construction quality, and discuss your project in person. Located in Chicago.

What's your return/warranty policy?

All MixStand furniture comes with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Custom orders are final sale, but we'll work with you to ensure you're 100% satisfied before final production.

Do you offer financing?

Not directly, but we accept all major credit cards. Many customers use third-party financing options like Affirm or PayPal Credit.

Can you match a competitor's design?

We can build in a similar style, but we don't directly copy other brands' designs. Send us what you like and we'll create a MixStand version with our quality standards and your custom requirements.

What about acoustic treatment?

Check out our sister company, Acoustic Sound Panels, for premium acoustic treatment to complete your studio. We often bundle furniture + panels for package pricing.
